You are welcome to tour with a scheduled appointment or as a walk-in during our office hours. No appointment is necessary during office hours, but scheduling in advance ensures a leasing team member is available for a personalized tour. To be ready to apply after your tour, you may also want to bring government ID, access to your proof of income and a payment method for application fees.
Applicants typically need to demonstrate a combined monthly income of at least 2.5 times the monthly rent, and a satisfactory credit history. Contact our leasing team for our specific qualification criteria.
Each applicant is required to have a US bank account. Acceptable proof of income may include recent pay stubs, a current employment offer letter, or the most recent individual federal tax return. Financial statements demonstrating liquid assets may also be accepted.
If a co-applicant does not independently meet our qualification standards, an approved guarantor or co-signer may be accepted in some cases. Please contact our leasing office to discuss your specific situation — we're here to help.
